[Returns and Exchanges]
Claims will not be accepted for damages or shortages unless they are reported to ilovetea.info within 5 days of receipt and we request that that all customers open boxes and check them as soon as possible after receipt. In addition, goods will only be replaced if they are found to be inedible, broken in transit or if a problem has occurred during production. We cannot refund shipping charges for returned items.

Tea orders will be exempt from Taxes. However, tea wares and gift sets including any tea ware or accessory will be taxed (7%, B.C. Provincial Sales Tax). The Provincial Sales Tax (P.S.T.) of 7% applies on purchases made in person at the archives whether the purchaser is a B.C.
