We do not ship to other countries. Please make sure that your shipping address is within Canada. Otherwise, we will refund your payment after deducting CA$15 for Paypal processing fee and our handling fee.
[Returns and Exchanges]
Claims will not be accepted for damages or shortages unless they are reported to ilovetea.info within 5 days of receipt and we request that that all customers open boxes and check them as soon as possible after receipt. In addition, goods will only be replaced if they are found to be inedible, broken in transit or if a problem has occurred during production. We cannot refund shipping charges for returned items.
[Tax]
Tea orders will be exempt from Taxes. However, tea wares and gift sets including any tea ware or accessory will be taxed (Total:12%). The Provincial Sales Tax of 7% includes on purchases & shipping & handling fee made in person at the archives whether the purchaser is in a B.C or not.
